We ship worldwide from New York. Orders are processed Monday–Friday and include tracking. Delivery windows below are estimates and do not include processing time.

Order Processing

    - Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). During drops or holidays, allow an extra 1–2 days. - Cutoff time: Orders placed after 12:00 ET begin processing the next business day. - Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change addresses after packing. - Split shipments: Items may ship separately at no extra cost to speed up delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

    - Tracking link is emailed when your label is created. It may take 24–48 hours to show movement. - Carriers we use include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL—selected based on speed and destination. - Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion. - If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, see “Lost or Stolen Packages” below.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

    - International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by your local customs authority. - Some countries may offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) options at checkout; when available, fees are collected up front. - Customs processing can add additional time to delivery estimates. - Refused or unclaimed international shipments will be returned to us. Original shipping charges and return fees may be deducted from refunds.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Restricted Addresses

    - PO Boxes and APO/FPO: Shipped via USPS services only. Expedited/Next Day may be unavailable. - We do not ship to freight forwarders that violate carrier terms, or to addresses restricted by carriers or payment processors.

Preorders & Drop Releases

    - Preorder items ship on or around the stated ship date on the product page. - If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship in-stock items first at no extra cost. - Payment is captured at checkout to reserve inventory for limited runs.

Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

    - Transit delays: Weather, carrier volume, or customs may cause delays beyond our control. We’ll assist where possible. - Lost in transit: If no tracking update for 7 business days (U.S.) or 14 business days (International), contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. - Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us. Claims may require a police report or carrier affidavit for high-value orders. - Returned to sender/undeliverable: We’ll contact you upon receipt. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable; reshipment fees may apply.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created.
Do you offer free shipping?
In the U.S., standard shipping is free on orders over $99 before tax and after discounts. Thresholds for other regions vary and will be shown at checkout when available.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
We begin processing quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Contact support immediately and we’ll do our best before packing is complete.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The best service is automatically chosen based on destination, speed, and package size.
Will I pay duties and taxes for international orders?
Your country’s customs office may assess duties, VAT, or import fees on delivery unless a DDP option is selected at checkout. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
